Explore how muscular anatomy contributes to facial and body form, and how carefully selected neuromodulation may influence contour and muscular balance. Shape is the central concept, connecting facial architecture with skin, hyperhidrosis and advanced body applications.

What is included?
The Academy’s published toxin course describes theory, live demonstrations, supervised practice and a CPD certificate. The venue, timetable and practical arrangements for your masterclass will be emailed after booking. Contact the Academy for course-specific inclusions and certification enquiries.
How do I reserve, and how much is the deposit?
Choose the masterclass you wish to attend, then select its Reserve Your Place button. Each course has its own Stripe Checkout and requires a separate £1,000 reservation deposit. This secures a place on the selected masterclass and is not the full course fee. Review the final amount and any applicable tax in Stripe before paying. Stripe provides payment confirmation after successful payment.
What is the full course price?
25 October — Face & Neck: £1,995 + £399 VAT, totalling £2,394. After a £1,000 deposit, the balance is £1,394. 26 October — Face & Body: £3,000 + £600 VAT, totalling £3,600. After a £1,000 deposit, the balance is £2,600. VAT is calculated at 20%. Each deposit is deducted from the selected course’s total fee.
When is the remaining balance due?
Contact the Academy for the balance deadline before reserving. The £1,000 reservation deposit is deducted from the total fee for your selected masterclass.
What happens if I need to cancel?
Please email academy@aesthetic-academy.com with your course date and booking reference. The £1,000 deposit is normally non-refundable on delegate cancellation, subject to the loss limits and legal rights set out in our Refund & Cancellation Policy below. Transfer requests require written approval. If the Academy cancels, you are entitled to a refund of the course fees paid, including the deposit.
Refund & Cancellation Policy
I. Reservation deposits
Each masterclass is booked separately. The £1,000 reservation deposit secures your place on the selected masterclass and is deducted from its total fee. It is normally non-refundable if you cancel, subject to the provisions below and any applicable statutory rights.
II. If you cancel or cannot attend
Please notify academy@aesthetic-academy.com in writing, including your name, course date and booking reference. Any amount retained from your deposit will be limited to the Academy’s reasonable, demonstrable losses arising from your cancellation, taking account of costs saved and any replacement booking. Any deposit amount above those losses, and any additional course fees already paid, will be refunded. Non-attendance is treated as a cancellation under these same principles.
III. Transfers and substitutions
You may request a transfer to another available date or nominate a replacement delegate. Requests are subject to availability, the replacement delegate meeting the course eligibility requirements, and written approval from the Academy. A transfer is not confirmed until you receive that approval.
IV. Academy cancellations or date changes
If the Academy cancels your masterclass, you may choose an available alternative or a full refund of all fees paid for that masterclass, including your deposit. If the Academy changes the course date and you cannot attend, the same options apply. Refunds will not be replaced with credit without your agreement.
V. Refund processing
Approved refunds will be returned through Stripe to the original payment method. The Academy will confirm the amount and processing status by email. Your bank or card provider may require additional time to display the refund. Any statutory refund deadline takes precedence.
VI. Your rights and enquiries
This policy does not exclude or restrict any cancellation, cooling-off, refund or other rights that apply by law. Where those rights apply, they take precedence over this policy. For booking, cancellation or refund enquiries, contact academy@aesthetic-academy.com.
